A customer facing, effective communicator to act as a liaison between customer base and the various company departments by providing service information, answer questions, and resolving any emerging issues.

Essential duties & responsibilities:
• Interacts regularly with customers, providing information and processing all levels of customer requests, concerns and inquiries including identifying customer needs by analyzing customer situations and providing appropriate options.
• Properly profiles waste acceptance through the utilization of customer information, material safety data sheets, representative samples, and application of basic waste characterization knowledge.
• Assists with the coordination and dispatch of daily work schedule.
• Generates accurate and timely invoices/e-invoices for both external and internal customers through various accounting systems and external websites.
• Assists with the compliance of facility & transportation regulatory requirements and reporting.
• Communicates with field staff to ensure project work is scheduled, dispatched, and executed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Consistently follows through on required and promised deliverables.
• Interfaces regularly with multiple departments, including sales and operations to ensure customer requests are addressed timely, appropriately, and accurately.
• Provides feedback to management on customer service trends and provides suggested ways of continuous improvement.
• Assists management in the execution of new customer service policies, procedures, and programs by providing general guidance and support.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate must possess the following skills:
• Using Microsoft office application (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
• Using multiple phone lines and general office equipment
• Prioritizing and maintaining attention to detail
• Communicating both verbally and in writing
• Able to work independently and in a team setting

Qualifications:
• A.S./A.A.S. in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Business preferred, but all majors are welcome to apply. B.S./B.A. a plus.
