An organized team player to perform a range of accounting, administrative and clerical tasks to support our financial and operations departments.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
• The accurate and timely creation of invoices/e-invoices for both external and internal customers through various accounting systems and external websites.
• Interacts regularly with customers, providing information and processing all levels of customer requests, concerns, and inquiries.
• Research and understand customer policies and procedures with respect to billing processes.
• Provides customer resolution on issues that may include additional invoice and project information, invoice copies and other project related documentation.
• Assist with processing payroll; AP/AR; collections and credit card payments.
• Administrative duties include answering phones, filing, mailing & supply management
• Interfaces regularly with multiple departments, including sales and operations to ensure customer requests are addressed timely, appropriately, and accurately.
• Provides feedback to management on customer service and invoicing trends and provides suggested ways of continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintain and organize project and office files including payroll and HR documents, job receipts, invoices, manifests, and other related documents.
Candidate must possess the following skills:
• Using Microsoft office application (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
• Using Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics
• Using multiple phone lines and general office equipment
• Prioritizing and maintaining attention to detail
• Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
• Able to work independently and in a team setting
Minimum Qualifications:
• College degree preferable but not required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
